My trustworthy longtime car mechanic
Curling up with a good book

My students, who teach me more about yoga than all of my various trainings combined.
My brilliant, insightful, inspiring teachers.

The power of love
The immense beauty of nature
I wrote this list out as a stream of consciousness. It’s in no particular order, as I am certain that although I love avocados, I love Milly and Nathan more.
This is not a complete list. It’s an ever-growing, shape-shifting, evolving reminder of the things in my life I am profoundly grateful for. I’m sure there are things that are missing. I’m sure I’ll look back in a few months or a few years and see some big gaps. But for the moment, this is what fills my heart and soul with gratitude.
