For this meditation you can sit upright or you can lie down on the ground.

The purpose of this meditation is to help you find a way to feel more deeply relaxed, even as summer turns the intensity and the heat up.

This is one of my favorite meditations to do because it’s super simple and really calming. Plus, the imagery is really easy to visualize and connect with.
