In meditation, MOTHERHOOD

This is a meditation for moms for all of those times when you feel like you’re at the end of your rope and you’re not sure you can keep it together.

Maybe it’s been a long day and your kids are driving you nuts. You feel like the next thing one of them does might push you over the edge.

Maybe you’ve just had a frustrating day. Even though your kids aren’t doing anything wrong, every little thing they do is grating on your nerves.

Whatever it is that’s making you feel a little unstable and powerless, take a breath and say these words to yourself:

I am strong. I am capable. I’ve got this.

Repeat it a few times.

Keep breathing.

This guided meditation for moms will give you the reminder that you have the ability to tap into your own strength. You have an inner core of confidence that you can’t always see.

Use this meditation to access that strength and confidence so you feel more like yourself again.

You are strong. You are capable. You’ve got this, mama.
