Get on your mat and do some yoga for self-love this Valentine’s Day — and every day.

This is a yoga practice that will remind you from beginning to end how important it is to love on yourself, first and foremost

Yoga for self-love kicks off with a little meditation, moves through a sweet flow, and then ends with a restorative pose and more meditation.

You’ll need 3 blankets, 3 blocks, and 25 minutes set aside just for you.

All levels of yoga students are welcome in this practice.

Lots of modifications will be offered, so you can practice no matter how much yoga experience you have.

Love on yourself, on your mat and off.
