In this practice, you’ll do 10 yoga poses in 10 minutes, holding each pose for 60 seconds before moving to the next pose in the sequence.
The poses are all “single-sided” meaning, you don’t have to do the pose twice (once on each side). So you’re actually going to do 10 yoga poses in 10 minutes.
