In my opinion, everyone needs a go-to pose for deep rest. This is my favorite restorative yoga pose.
It’s great for everyone.
Perfect for 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy, when lying on your back in uncomfortable.
Great for those times that your back feels sore and stiff, but you still want to relax deeply after your yoga class.
My favorite restorative yoga pose doesn’t need a lot of props. All you need is a blanket and a bolster.
If you don’t have those, you can use a pillow and 2 blocks.
There are lots of ways to modify this pose base on the props you have on hand.
