This is a yoga practice for those times when you don’t have a yoga mat handy and still want to do yoga.

This is especially perfect for when you’re on vacation or on a business trip or your kids has dumped an entire container of glitter on your mat.

There is absolutely no yoga mat needed for this practice. You can do it on carpet or wood floors or in the grass or on cement, like I am in the video.

It’s also nice and quick, clocking in at just about 7 minutes long. BONUS!
