In this yoga practice, you’ll do a flow that won’t get you too sweaty and will still give you some strong, steady movement to make your body feel awesome all summer long.
You’ll flow through a brief standing pose series, followed by some strong and fluid core work.
You’ll do some gentle backbending, followed by a sweet seated sequence to reground and cool down.
Expect some unusual flows, dynamic movement, and lots of space to regain your cool.
