Earth Day is my favorite holiday. In honor of this really important day, I am sharing with you a special Earth Day Yoga practice.

In this yoga practice, you’ll celebrate the beauty of this planet through creative flows in and out of tree pose.

You’ll start low to the ground, like a seed. Then, planting your roots deep into the soil, you’ll start to reach upward, growing towards the sun.

You’ll do lots of side body stretching, hip opening, and balancing.

This is a fun, creative, and dynamic yoga practice that will definitely challenge you. You’ll also probably find yourself feeling deeply connected to the earth and all of the living things on this planet.

Enjoy this Earth Day Yoga practice as a way to feel more alive, vibrant, and grounded on this beautiful planet we call home!
