Are you traveling this holiday season? Because if you are, you need yoga for strong shoulders.

You might be asking, “why do I need yoga for strong shoulders if I’m traveling this holiday season?” Well, when was the last time you tried to put your carryon suitcase in the overhead bin on the airplane?

Lifting your suitcase above your head in a tight space isn’t easy. Not to mention awkward. Plus, as a women, I have noticed that men are always trying to help me lift my own suitcase and are shocked when I can do it myself.

I want you to be able to lift your own suitcase.

In my “Yoga for Strong Shoulders” practice, I show up a few simple exercises you can do to build your upper body strength. This practice is short and sweet, clocking in at just 11 minutes long. Bonus! This way, you can bring this class with you on vacation and keep working on your shoulder strength.
