I created this practice for those challenging times in life that feel like they can easily knock you off balance. When you use yoga for difficult times you can reconnect to your inner strength and remind yourself that even when you get thrown off center, you can always find your way back.
Yoga for difficult times will help you remember your own internal compass and your own capacity to withstand challenging times in life or transitions that make you feel unstable and uncertain for the future.
This yoga practice will give you some actions you can do to reconnect to your inner strength. The poses you will practice are balancing poses that are both compact and expansive.
In each flow, you’ll go from compact poses to expansive poses, learning to trust more in yourself and remembering that if you lose your balance or fall down, you can always get back up again.
