My Yoga for Beginners Series is a 5-class sequence that gives you the basics of yoga in simple, clear steps.
I like to think of this as going on 5 dates with yoga to get to know yoga a little better.
In 5 classes, I lead you through some of the basic elements of a yoga practice.
Each class adds a new layer to your yoga foundation, giving you the tools you need to feel more confident on your yoga mat, whether you’re doing yoga videos at home or whether you’re going to a yoga class at a studio.
Each practice is less than 20 minutes long and complete with detailed form and alignment instruction.

I offer weekly yoga classes, live online with a Q&A to follow if you want some specific help with a pose or feedback on your alignment. In addition, I offer a monthly advanced class, live and online, plus a monthly yoga pose tutorial, a monthly meditation, weekly self-care tips based on Ayurveda, and weekly delicious seasonal recipes.
You also get to participate in community with your fellow yogis, supporting and connecting with one another and maybe even finding your new yoga bestie.
