When it comes to working our shoulders, we tend to do a few shoulder rolls and restorative yoga thinking that will solve all of our tense-shoulder problems. Unfortunately, this is a short term solution that won’t create lasting results.

Each day will focus on a different aspect of engaging your upper body, so you’ll get a little taste of the many different ways you can work your shoulders, thoracic spine, and neck.
