The thing is, yoga often teaches you a single way to use your hips when in reality, there are so many ways you can use them. And the more you vary how you use your hips, the healthier they will be.
Each day will focus on a different aspect of accessing the muscles that surround your hips and your hip joints as well, so you’ll get a little taste of those many different ways you can use your hips.
I’ll also give you a quick run down of how we’re working your hips so you have a basic anatomical understanding of what you’re doing, while you’re doing it.

✔ You’ll also receive a bonus hips-focused video from the archives of my online yoga studio, MOVE 15. This video will give you a longer practice for your hips, in addition to the quick 10-minute practices I’ll be sharing in this challenge.
✔ You’ll receive my “bite size” hips series, a group of micro-hips exercises you can do in just 2 minutes at a time. I’ve been known to do them while waiting for water to boil or when I’m on hold with AT&T.
