More often than not, we tend to avoid our core muscles, particularly in yoga classes. We choose instead to focus on areas of our body that are easier to access or more reliably built for strength.

✔ In this 5-day challenge, you’ll have the opportunity to do fun, creative, not-your-average yoga for your core exercises with me EVERY SINGLE DAY. These quick 10-minute practices will be held live and online via ZOOM daily (11am ET). If you can’t join in live, you’ll receive a recorded version the later that day so you won’t miss anything!
✔ You’ll get daily support from me via email, where I’ll share simple tips for adding core supportive exercises into your regular yoga practice. This is a KEY component to long term success and sustainability for your daily practice.
✔ By the end of 5 days, you will feel stronger and more connected to your core by discovering how simple it is to access your abs in pretty much any pose you want. AND you’ll have the tools, as well as inspiration to keep this up after the challenge is over.
This 5-day program will teach you some simple exercises to help you reconnect to your core.

My feeling about core work is that it should be both fun and powerful. It also shouldn’t all be crunches. BORING.
I’ll share something simple and strong that you can do every single day to feel more connected to your core.
The exercises will be quick and creative and effective.
Because let’s face it: who really has time or the desire to do 30 minutes of core work every single day?
Each day will focus on a different aspect of engaging your core muscles, so you’ll get a little taste of the many different ways you can work your abs.
Best news: Most of it will not involve weight-bearing on your hands. So if you’re not a fan of #alltheplanks you’ll LOVE this challenge.

You’ll also learn the science behind habit formation, as well as simple ways to ensure that you get on the mat to move your body every single day.
✔ You’ll receive a 15-minute, core-focused video from the archives of my online yoga studio, MOVE 15. This video will give you a longer practice to use your core skills in, in addition to the 10-minute practices I’ll be sharing in this challenge.
✔ You’ll receive my “bite size” core series, a group of micro-core exercises you can do in just 2 minutes at a time. I’ve been known to do them while waiting for water to boil or when I’m on hold with AT&T.
