I’m so glad you’ve decided to give yourself a few extra minutes of yoga every single day.
I know how challenging it can be to make any time for yourself at all, much less a full yoga practice. That’s why I created this series.
This is a series of 7 videos. Each video is just about 5 minutes long.
Each video targets a specific area of your body, so once you’ve worked through these once, you can go back through them and pick out the one you’re most in the mood for on any given day.
Some of them might require a block or a chair, but otherwise, they’re pretty minimal. You could do each of these videos without even stepping on a yoga mat. You don’t even have to wear yoga clothes!
That’s how easy I’m making it for you to get on your mat for 5 minutes everyday.
