So What Do I Know About Yoga, Anyway?

You know what? I’m so glad you asked!

Hey there, mama, I’m Naomi. I’m a mom, a yoga teacher, an air force spouse, a self-care advocate, an activist, and a huge star trek nerd. I’ve been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for 13.
