Ok, truth time.

How long have you been putting your self-care on the back burner?

Seriously, when was the last time you had some time just for you?

Here’s a hint: if you can’t remember, it’s been too long.

And scrolling through your facebook feed while sitting on the toilet in the bathroom, hiding from your kids, doesn’t actually count.

No more hiding in the bathroom for self-care!

Believe me, I get it.

I know how easy it is for motherhood to swallow you whole and make you forget how to take care of yourself.

Tell me if this sounds like you:

Do you get so wrapped up in the duties and obligations of your life that you forget to be nice to yourself?

Do you forget to give yourself as much care and attention as you give to your partner or your kids or your work?

Have you completely forgotten what actually recharges you and makes you feel whole again?

And by the end of the day, are you are so exhausted by #momlife that even the idea of “self-care” feels like one more thing on the to-do list?

Now, what if I told you that you could make self-care simple, easy, and enjoyable?

Would that be a game changer?

My Summer of Self-Care Club is for busy mamas who are tired of putting themselves last and are ready to prioritize their own needs.

I’m sure you’ve been made this promise before and have tried to realign your life to meet your needs, so how is what I share so different?

I’m so glad you asked.

I approach self-care from a whole person perspective, using Ayurveda as the filter through which you’ll observe yourself and your tendencies.

Never heard of Ayurveda? No problem. Here’s what you need to know:

Ayurveda is a basically a whole life health care system that looks at each person uniquely based on their specific physical characteristics, physiological tendencies, and emotional preferences.

I get into the nitty-gritty of Ayurveda through the Summer of Self-Care Club, so you’ll get way more info when you join in.

And I know you’ll want to join because Ayurveda as a system gives you personalized instructions for you to take really good care of yourself.

Self-care is not one size fits all. Not every person benefits from the same type of care or actions. Not every situation requires the same self-care protocol. It’s taken me a long time to learn that. I spent way too long trying to replicate the types of self-care that other people enjoyed without experiencing any of the same benefits. Or even worse, feeling more stressed out than rejuvenated.

This is the beauty of the Summer of Self-Care Club.

You will learn exactly what you need to recharge, as well as what you need to find balance when you are feeling really wound up or out of control.

Knowing more about yourself gives you insight and power.

And it’s going to change your life.

In 3 weeks, you’ll learn:

+What your dosha is and how it impacts your self-care

+How to create self-care practices that are tailor made for you

+Simple and sustainable ways to add self-care into your daily life.

And at the end of 3 weeks, you’ll have a “self-care toolkit” filled with self-care practices that you can access when you need them the most.

No more guesswork about what self-care you should do!

(yessssssss!)

And best of all, you’ll feel more nourished, more clear, more in control, and more connected to yourself than you’ve felt in years.

Which is priceless, am I right?

So what is the investment I’ll be making to join the Summer of Self-Care Club?

I am so glad you asked, mama!

Working with Naomi has helped me to love myself a bit more and be the Mama I want to be even during those times of juggling every ball and then some. The tools provided in this course have often come up as solutions in my
brain during some of my deepest, “I need to help me!” times as a mother.

What she does has positively impacted me and our family. It’s made me
better. I believe in it. Even if it’s five minutes, the reminder of necessary,
daily self-care makes all the difference.

The class and program is a must do for any Mom.

The Summer of Self-Care Club is open for registration.

Don’t just survive your summer; Thrive this summer.

Are you ready to thrive?

I know you might be thinking, “Self-care every single day? That’s a lot. Who has time for that?”

To which I answer, if you’re not going to make the time now, when will you?

The self-care suggestions I share in this program are all bite-sized and simple. They’re easy enough to slide into your busy life and might even encourage you to un-busy yourself a bit so you have more time for you.

Win-win, as far as I can see.

“I appreciated the simplicity, guidance, and small reminders. I added a new self-care habit to my daily ritual, and that has been lovely. I discovered how easy it is to take care of myself, when I am choosing to actually take the time to give myself self care daily. I’ve realized that even the smallest steps can make a big difference.”

What to expect from this powerful program?

The Summer of Self-Care Club is a 3-week long program that will look at Self-Care through the lens of Ayurveda and divide self-care practices into ones that recharge your body, mind, and soul.

+Each week will take a deeper dive into those specific focuses, while also exploring the Ayurvedic connection and doshic energy which is the driving force.

+Each day you’ll receive a new self-care suggestion that you can add to your self-care toolkit based on the dosha we’re looking at.

+All of the info will be shared in one place so you don’t have to go digging through your email looking for these daily tips.

+The content will be primarily delivered as audio recordings so you can listen to the content anytime you’re able, like while you’re folding laundry or running errands.

+You’ll also receive a Summer of Self-Care Guide that you can download and print out with worksheets to help you organize your thoughts and get clear on your needs.

+You’ll receive a few other PDF’s with self-care suggestions and Ayurvedic insights. And since you have LIFETIME ACCESS to the material, that means when I make updates or add more valuable content, you’ll receive them, too!

+I’ll also be with you every single day in our private facebook group, sharing inspiration, support, and encouragement, as well as my own experiences with each of the self-care practices I suggest.

+I’ll also go live once a week in our private facebook group to answer questions and help you troubleshoot your self-care struggles!

“I am Vata dosha all the way, and it’s not that it was surprising so much as it was validating in this really deeply comforting way. As a mom of five, self-care has become a real struggle for me and yet is so intensely needed. Reading about the Vata dosha helped me see myself in a kinder way—less judgement “why am I so flighty? I can’t ever follow through. I’m not going to get anywhere.” And more, “There are more than one way of being, and this is mine. It’s not wrong or right, it just is.” Knowing about the doshas now and that there is a way to care for myself based on that feels…like a relief. And empowering as well.”

Meet Your Self-Care Advocate and BFF, Naomi!

Hey, mama! I’m Naomi, a mom of 2 and your fearless self-care leader for the next few weeks.

The truth is, I wasn’t always so great with self-care. I’ve always been a little bit Type-A and always going-going-going, so slowing down and tending to my needs wasn’t something that came naturally to me.

Then I became a mama for the first time, I got dragged down to the depths of motherhood and it took me an entire year to resurface and feel like myself again. By then, I’d completely forgotten how to take care of myself or even what things made me feel good, outside of doing yoga and cuddling my baby.

By the time I became pregnant with my second child, I realized I needed to have a better strategy than “wait a year” so I started figuring my sh*t out and started creating tool, systems, and strategies for myself so that I was not only taking better care of me, but so that these self-care habits could easily slide over into my life as a mom of 2.

And guess what? They did.

So here I am, 5 years into motherhood and feeling stronger, healthier, and more connected to myself than ever before.

After taking a deep dive into studying Ayurveda and the science of habit change, combined with my 13 years of experience as a yoga teacher, I am ready to share this powerful knowledge so that you can get back on track and feel more balanced than ever before.
