Deep Roots to Brilliant Blooms
Are You Ready for a Reset?
Yep. Me, too.
Nothing motivates me more than the possibility of transformation. Knowing that I have the capacity to create change in my own life is empowering and also, quite honestly, a relief.
When things go really wrong or something doesn’t quite work or life just feels a little off or it feels like something important is missing, I can make small adjustments in my behavior and my actions to alter the course of those not-quite-right things.
On the other hand, when something is successful or feels really good or operates like a well-oiled machine powered by sparkly unicorns, I can continue to create the best circumstances to maintain and even strengthen those things.
I love having the chance to look back and assess my progress each year so I can move forward with more grace, skill, intention, and direction.
I love envisioning, creating, and growing the life I really want to live.
How do you want to grow this year?
There are a series of journaling exercises I do as the year is winding down to help me reflect on the past year and hit the reset button.
I’ve been doing these exercises every year now for a while and I realized that if all of this was helping me get clarity and purpose, you might like them, too.
Deep Roots to Brilliant Blooms is for anyone who wants to be more intentional about how you live your life. If you’re feeling a little off and need to realign your intentions to your desires, this program is for you.
It’s not an opportunity to judge or criticize yourself for what went wrong and how much you suck.
Instead, this program is an opportunity to celebrate and create the life you want to live, one seed at a time.
In fact, I see this very much like you’d create a garden.
7 Weeks of soul gardening will look like this:
Week 1: Acknowledge Abundance – Highlights of this year
Week 2: Reflect, and Reveal – Prepare your garden and clear out the weeds
Week 3: Plan what you want to grow
Week 4: Plant the Seeds
Week 5: Set Your Intention – Tend to your garden
Week 6: Dream Big – Imagine your garden in full bloom
Week 7: Take Action – Harvest the fruits of your labor
Deep Roots to Brilliant Blooms is a 7-week guided experience that will take you on a journey of inner reflection leading to the creation of clear intentions and a deeper understanding of your desires, so you can act with more power and purpose. You’ll receive a worksheet each day along with a short audio recording of how to approach the journaling exercises.
You’ll also have access to my membership community, Conscious Healthy Collective, so you can enjoy my weekly yoga classes and the full library of classes, tutorials, meditations, and self-care inspiration.
I’ve got your back:
You’ll also have access to a private facebook group where you can share you own insights as you go through this process. You can also use the facebook group as a sounding board for support if you are feeling stuck.
I’ll be in the group answering questions LIVE every Tuesday at 1pm EST to help guide you in any way I can.
Here’s the most important part: You can do these one day at a time with me and the group or you can do these exercises at your own pace. No pressure to “be done” with every exercise each day or all of the exercises by the end of the week! And they’re not written in stone. So you can revisit and adjust as you need to.
Are you in?
We’re kicking things off on Friday November 2nd, and ending on the program on Friday December 21st, the Winter Solstice. The Solstice is a great time to go deep and shine a light on the darker, more shadowy areas of your life.
Because…you know…darkest day of the year, right?
I’m not much a fan of New Year’s resolutions. I’d rather not wait until the new year has started to get real about how I want my year to go. Instead, I want to reflect before the year is over, giving me a good amount of time to start setting the wheels in motion for an even better year than the last.
This system of journaling and reflection is a combination of all of the questions I’ve been asking myself for years to help me come up with the habits that create the architecture of my life.
These simple journaling exercises lay the foundation for all of the healthy choices I try to make, whether they are for myself or when I am in relationship with others. This is powerful stuff.
