If you are newer to yoga or it’s been awhile and you can’t remember the names of some of the poses, I recommend watching this video first because I’ll share each pose and a few important details about them, in the order you’ll see them in the flow. This way you’ll know exactly what to expect. You likely won’t need this first video more than once.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_video link=”https://youtu.be/TbxKx6Tl1d0″][mk_padding_divider][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1630613348163{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]In this video, you start right in with the flow. No explanations. No details about form or body placement. Just straight-up movement. I start with a little bit of grounding through simple, brief breathwork. Then I get right into the flow. In the first 2 rounds, I move a bit more slowly. then the pace picks up. After you’ve done this flow with the video a few times, you will likely be able to do this flow easily on your own![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section][vc_row][vc_column][mk_padding_divider][vc_icon icon_fontawesome=”fas fa-feather-alt” color=”custom” align=”center” custom_color=”#50b7a7″][mk_padding_divider][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1630616475210{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]
