Class 1:
17-Minute Mellow Twisty Hamstrings

You’ll start standing in this flow, creating the foundational actions of creating balance and stability in your twists. Then you’ll bring the twists to the ground, to recreate those same actions in more rooted and steady positions.

16-Minute Gentle Hips Focused Class

Class 3:
30-Minute Mellow Hips, Sneaky Core

15-Minute Hips and Shoulders Class
