20-Minute Dynamic Standing Pose Flow

In this energizing flow, you’ll start with one basic pose and build on it over the course of this progressive, creative, dynamic flow. By the time you get to the end of the sequence, you’ll be ready for the big pose waiting for you!

Class 2:
16-Minute Practice for Hip Strength and Mobility

In this energizing flow, you’ll start with one basic pose and build on it over the course of this progressive, creative, dynamic flow. By the time you get to the end of the sequence, you’ll be ready for the big pose waiting for you!

Class 3:
17-Minute Mellow Movement Seated Flow

In this 15-minute mellow movement practice, you’ll do some hip opening, twisting, and forward bending in this seated gentle flow. Make sure you have some supportive props for a sweet savasana at the end.

Class 4:
33-Minute Hips and Core Focused Class

In this class, you’ll start with some foundational core work. Then you’ll stand up and work some hip mobility with standing poses, building up to half moon. You’ll end with samavritti pranayama and meditation or savasana.
