Wintering
A Yoga Retreat to Rekindle Your Inner Fire
January 12-14, 2024
Blue Mountain Retreat Center
Begin the New Year on your yoga mat, rekindling the fire within.
You’ll do some movement practices to build heat and reconnect to the things that drive you. You’ll also have the opportunity to rest, relax, and restore, so you don’t burn out and instead keep your flame alive.
You’ll do some journaling to take stock of the past year and envisioning the year ahead: setting intentions, creating mantras, considering habits to start, stop, or keep, and imagining the possibilities of the year to come.
In addition to the movement, meditation and journaling practices, you’ll also get to hang out with some amazing people, eat some delicious homemade food, and soak up the sweetness of the quiet wintertime woods where we’ll be staying.
I’d love for you to join me for my annual winter yoga retreat to start 2024 with the light and warmth of yoga, self-care, and community.
All levels of movement ability welcome

Testimonials
This was my first in-person retreat in years and I’m so glad it was with you. I’ve always been amazed at your creative and fun teahcing skills. Even more so, your ability to foster community. The weekend was magical and inspired me to commit to a daily practice, which I haven’t had for years. Much gratitude and looking forward to next year’s retreat.
Naomi is an amazing person and yoga instructor!
Plus, the food is the best I’ve had at any retreat, and the option to either be on my or to connect with others during down time is lovely. No pressure to socialize, but you could also make new friends if you choose.
Going on retreat with Naomi was magical. Not only is Naomi a masterful yoga teacher, but the writing prompts facilitated both introspection and nourished the community for the weekend, resulting in magic!
Naomi is gifted at fostering community and that makes all the difference.
