Welcome to Movement for a Healthy Core.

This is a 5 week course with a total of 35 videos.

I’ll lead you through this series strategically from beginning to end, 1 video every day for 5 weeks.

Each week builds on the one that came before. So the first week is foundational, laying the groundwork for the following week. The videos from the 2nd week build on week 1 and lay the foundation for the following week. The exercises and practices are progressive within each week, so the first exercise is usually the most accessible, while the last one is the most complex.

Each week, you’ll receive a calendar with all of the videos for that week. You’ll receive an email daily giving you a new video with the basics within it.

You will need a blanket, 2 blocks, and a belt for this program.

The daily practices are each between 10 and 12 minutes long and I recommend doing just one each day.

However, if you want to DIY this series and do the videos in your own time, I’ve made all of the videos available here. This way, you can find them easily all in one place and choose when you practice them. Or you can pick and choose the videos and exercises which support you the best and do those more than the ones that don’t. This way, you get to decide.

Remember, you can do these daily or on your own time.

I’ve also added the bonus classes (Breathwork, Neutral Pelvis, Diastasis Tips, Prolapse Tips) at the very bottom, if you need them.
