Here’s how a Month of Morning Movement works:
For 31 days you’ll receive a pre-recorded movement practice in your inbox. The classes are between 8 and 20 minutes long, covering all of the movement bases: dynamic yoga flows, strength training with weights, mobility work, core-focused practices, and mellow movement.
You’ll receive daily habit science tips and simple actions to help make it more possible for you get on the mat each morning throughout the Month of Morning Movement and every day after it’s over!
You’ll receive built-in accountability actions to motivate you to complete each daily practice
Although tips for incorporating movement into your morning will be offered, you can and should move your body whenever it works best for you. Morning or not.
I love the idea of the daily 5. So tiny and yet so good.
The 5-minute thing so utterly works for me. I’m really glad I signed up.

And daily movement can help make it easier to sleep at night.
In this program, I’ll share a variety of movement practices that target every area of your body.
I’ll give you a specific option for each day, but you can always redo a practice you like on a day you’re not feeling what I suggest. Or you can look ahead with the calendar of practices I’ll share at the very beginning.
The good news is, all of the movement practices will be quick and fun and effective.
I will give you the tools you need to continue on after the program is over and I am only an email away when you need support.
