Yoga Retreat

Twice a Year

I offer weekend yoga retreats twice a year. The retreats are held at Blue Mountain Retreat Center in Knoxville, MD, which is approximately 75 minutes from DC. Included in the retreat are 6 yoga classes, 6 vegetarian meals (with vegan and gluten-free options), and overnight accommodations. Private and shared rooms are available. Massages are available upon request for an additional cost.

A Summer Yoga Retreat

Blue Mountain Retreat Center

As the temperature rises, take a weekend away to cool off and clear your head.

In this weekend of yoga, you’ll move fluidly and rest deeply on your yoga mat, to both refresh and renew your body.

You’ll also come up with simple ways to recharge your body when you’re feeling stagnant or stuck so you can reclaim this feeling long after the retreat has ended.

Offer yourself this weekend of renewal to emerge, calmer, clearer and energized for the rest of the season and the year to come.

There are 6 yoga and meditation practices offered over the course of the weekend.

All levels are welcome.

Retreat Schedule:

Friday, July 20th

2-4pm: Arrive and settle in

4:15pm: Welcome and Yoga Class

6pm Dinner

Saturday, July 21st

7-8am: Yoga Flow Class

Breakfast

10:30am-12pm: Yoga Class

12:15-4:15pm Lunch/Free Time

4:15pm: Yoga Class

6pm Dinner

Sunday, July 22nd

7-8am: Yoga Flow Class

Breakfast

10:15-11:45am: Yoga Class and Closing

12pm Lunch and Depart

 

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

To reserve your spot there is a deposit required.

Once you have paid the deposit, the remainder will be due a week prior to the beginning of the retreat.
