Get Away…

I offer seasonal one-day getaways just for moms. These retreats are an opportunity for busy mamas to take a day away for themselves to recharge and renew through yoga, meditation, journaling, creative practices, and by connecting in a community with other mamas.

Included in the retreat are 2 yoga practices, 1 meditation practice, creative time, group discussion and coaching session, and a delicious, nourishing, vegan lunch. You will also leave with a Conscious Healthy Mama care package to continue your self-care journey after the retreat is over.

10 am circle and yoga
12 pm lunch and free time
2 pm self-care, vision boarding, discussion
3 pm yoga class
5 pm finish


$107 if you register by December 20th; $125 thereafter.
