New Year’s resolutions don’t usually work.
You set unrealistic goals with no real plan to implement them.
You set unreasonably high standards, making it super hard to commit and follow through.
If you fall off the resolution wagon for a few days, you have no clear path to get back on track.
So you give up.
The resolution dies before it can take root and flourish.
Another one bites the dust.

Over the next 31 days, you get access to my online yoga library of 15-minute classes.
The classes you’ll have access to are:
